Hi, I'm Isabella Siu — nurse, mom, entrepreneur, and the heart behind Grazingbelles, Las Vegas's highest-rated charcuterie and catering service.

My journey into the world of gourmet grazing didn't start in a commercial kitchen — it started right at home, around my own table. For years, I poured my love for food and food art into entertaining family and friends, crafting beautiful spreads that brought people together and sparked joy. It was the people I love most who saw what I couldn't yet see in myself: that this gift deserved to be shared with the world. Their encouragement gave me the courage to turn my passion into a business — and Grazingbelles was born.

For over 30 years, I've dedicated my career to caring for others as a nurse.
