CHEF'S CORNER

Isabella Siu
Welcome! I'm Isabel, Founder, CEO and Food Stylist behind Grazingbelles.
Food has always been more than a meal to me—it's about bringing people together and creating memorable experiences. Inspired by my love of food, travel, and different cultures, I founded Grazingbelles to blend artistry, flavor, and effortless elegance into every event.
Before starting Grazingbelles, I spent 30 years as a nurse. The same compassion, attention to detail, and dedication to caring for others are at the heart of everything we create.
Whether you're planning an intimate gathering, wedding, or corporate event, my goal is to craft beautiful, delicious grazing experiences so you can relax and enjoy every moment with your guests.
Thank you for letting Grazingbelles be part of your celebrations. I look forward to creating something special for your next event!

Chef Daniel San
My name is Daniel San, and I am the creator of 'Korican Fusion'—a culinary style that fuses traditional Korean and Puerto Rican favorites with the exciting showmanship of teppanyaki cooking. My culinary journey began with a simple idea to unite my worlds, combining my wife's grandmother's authentic recipes with my own mother's unique ingredients.
This experiment revealed that the flavor profiles of Korean and Puerto Rican cuisine were simply meant to be together, leading me to create unique menus that combine traditional hibachi meats with bold Latin sauces like adobo and chimichurri. For me, "flavor is on, limits off." My philosophy is that "anyone who has Korican, it will ruin the rest of the hibachi for them." My dedication goes beyond just flavor; I take pride in making all my sauces from scratch fresh before every event. I strive to be a one-stop-shop for your party planning needs, offering teppanyaki dining with high-end ingredients like Kobe beef, as well as live fire spinners and dancers. I invite you to dream up a culinary adventure with us.

Chef Big Red
For BIGRED, barbecue is more than a meal—it's a family tradition that began in the summers of Tyler, Texas, learning authentic pit-smoked BBQ from his grandfather, John T. Ruffin, a farmer, Black cowboy, and World War II veteran.
Inspired by those unforgettable experiences, BIGRED founded BIGRED'S WESTCOAST BBQ LLC in 2003, blending classic Texas barbecue with his own signature West Coast flavor. What began as backyard cookouts for family and friends quickly grew into a business built on passion, tradition, and community.

Chef Francis
Driven by a passion for bold flavors, quality ingredients, and traditional Filipino comfort food, Chef Francis is dedicated to bringing authentic, hand-crafted flavors to the local community.
Under his direction, Casa de Empanada pairs its signature golden-baked empanadas with beloved Filipino classics, including flavorful silog meals such as Tapsilog and Tocilog, specialty pastries like Ube Flan, and handcrafted specialty lattes. Chef Francis also puts a creative twist on traditional Filipino favorites with unique offerings such as the Ilocos Longanisa Ensaymada, blending the rich, savory flavor of Ilocos-style longanisa with the soft, buttery sweetness of a classic ensaymada.
His approach centers on fresh ingredients, rich and flavorful fillings, and perfectly flaky, handcrafted crusts. Every dish reflects his commitment to Filipino culinary tradition while adding a distinctive touch that makes Casa de Empanada a local favorite for everyday dining, celebrations, and catered gatherings.
