Welcome! I'm Isabel, Founder, CEO and Food Stylist behind Grazingbelles.

Food has always been more than a meal to me—it's about bringing people together and creating memorable experiences. Inspired by my love of food, travel, and different cultures, I founded Grazingbelles to blend artistry, flavor, and effortless elegance into every event.

Before starting Grazingbelles, I spent 30 years as a nurse. The same compassion, attention to detail, and dedication to caring for others are at the heart of everything we create.

Whether you're planning an intimate gathering, wedding, or corporate event, my goal is to craft beautiful, delicious grazing experiences so you can relax and enjoy every moment with your guests.

With experience in Asian cuisine, private dining, pop-ups, catering, and collaborative culinary events, Chef Kenneth is known for transforming familiar favorites into refined culinary experiences. Every menu he creates reflects his dedication to premium ingredients, intentional flavor, and heartfelt storytelling.

Through his work with Modern Merienda, HUNNYCRUMB, and Grazing Belles, Chef Kenneth continues to celebrate Filipino heritage while creating memorable dining experiences that bring people together.

The Story Behind BIGRED'S WESTCOAST BBQ

For BIGRED, barbecue is more than a meal—it's a family tradition that began in the summers of Tyler, Texas, learning authentic pit-smoked BBQ from his grandfather, John T. Ruffin, a farmer, Black cowboy, and World War II veteran.

Inspired by those unforgettable experiences, BIGRED founded BIGRED'S WESTCOAST BBQ LLC in 2003, blending classic Texas barbecue with his own signature West Coast flavor. What began as backyard cookouts for family and friends quickly grew into a business built on passion, tradition, and community.
