Our Story
My name is Isabel Siu. I have been a nurse for the past 30 years. My passion is taking care of people. My specialty is Mental Health and Alcohol and Drug Addiction. As a means to escape the grueling reality of nursing, I often have wine nights with my girlfriends and that’s how my love for charcuterie came about.
I started experimenting with different meats and cheeses, jams, and accompaniments and neatly arranged them into platters. Not too long after that, my friends started taking notice and would comment about how they loved how it looked and how everything complimented each other. For one of my birthday parties, I arranged a whole grazing table and everyone was in awe of what I was able to put together. I even surprised myself. That was when I thought I could share my love of food with other people. With the help of friends and family, I decided to start Grazingbelles to share my love for food and entertaining with everyone.
Our Mission is to provide high quality, artisanal charcuterie boards and spreads to members of our community. We strive to support and network with other local small businesses in providing a great overall experience in entertaining. We use the freshest ingredients available to create delicious, visually stunning displays that showcase our unique style.
Our vision for our neighborhood charcuterie catering company is to become the go-to resource for our customers using our connections with other small businesses in the area. We aim to inspire, delight, and educate our customers with each board or spread that we create, forming lasting relationships as trusted advisors in all things charcuterie and party planning. Ultimately, we hope to elevate our customer's experience and foster a greater appreciation for the power and joy of connecting over great food.
