Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Grazing Belles. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing our products or booking our catering services.

Ordering

Orders and inquiries can be submitted through our website or by email at grazingbelles@gmail.com.

Please allow 24–48 hours for us to respond. All products and catering services are subject to availability. We occasionally take scheduled breaks to ensure we continue providing the highest level of quality and customer service.

Delivery and Pickup

Pickup is not currently available at our commissary kitchen at North Las Vegas 4D Commissary.  

Delivery is available throughout the Las Vegas area for an additional fee, typically ranging from $25-$40, depending on the delivery location.

To ensure successful delivery, please have someone available at the designated address to receive your order at the scheduled delivery time.

Business Hours

Our regular business hours are:

  • Open Daily

  • 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Delivery or pickup requests outside of normal business hours may be subject to an additional surcharge.

Food & Product Availability

Because we use fresh, seasonal ingredients, certain fruits, vegetables, meats, cheeses, and specialty items may occasionally be unavailable.

We carefully select the freshest ingredients available while maintaining the beautiful presentation Grazing Belles is known for. If you have specific preferences or requests, please let us know when placing your order.

Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Please inform us of any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or food sensitivities before placing your order.

We offer vegan and gluten-friendly options upon request. Unless otherwise specified, standard ingredients will be used.

Please note:

  • Many of our products contain or may come into contact with dairy, nuts, wheat, soy, eggs, and other common allergens.

  • Nuts are included in many of our platters unless otherwise requested.

  • While we take every reasonable precaution, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free preparation environment.

  • Individuals with severe food allergies should exercise caution before consuming our products.

Food Safety

For optimal freshness and food safety:

  • Refrigerate all food immediately upon receipt.

  • Consume all products within 2 hours of delivery or pickup if left unrefrigerated.

Grazing Belles is not responsible for product quality or food safety once these recommendations have not been followed.

Additional items including flowers, greenery, disposable cutlery, plates, napkins, cups, table covers, and event décor are available for an additional charge.

Equipment Rental & Returns

A refundable security deposit is required for equipment provided with grazing table installations.

All rental equipment must be returned within 24–48 hours after your event.

Deposits may be forfeited if equipment is not returned within the required timeframe or is returned damaged.

Cancellations & Postponements

Cancellation requests must be submitted by email.

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event are eligible for a refund, less a 50% administrative fee.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled event are non-refundable due to food preparation and scheduling commitments.

Postponements

If your event needs to be postponed, payments already made may be applied to a new event date within three (3) months of the original event date, subject to Grazing Belles' availability.

After-Hours Surcharge

A 15% surcharge applies to deliveries or pickups scheduled after 9:00 PM.

Limitation of Liability

Grazing Belles' total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the total amount paid on your invoice.

Grazing Belles shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, government actions, labor disputes, power outages, or other events considered acts of God.
