Terms and Conditions


Please visit our website or email us at grazingbelles@gmail.com for orders and inquiries.  Please allow us 24-48 hours to respond.  Our products and services are subject to availability.  We take breaks so we don't get burnt out and so that we are always able to give you the time and care you deserve.

Delivery and Collection

For pick up, our kitchen is located at Sahara 4D Commissary. Delivery can be arranged with a fee of $10-20 depending on the distance.  Please have someone present at the address you give us for your items be received at the specified time.

Hours of Operation

We are open Wednesdays to Sundays 10am-5pm.   Request for delivery outside of these hours may be subject to surcharge.

Food and Produce

Please keep in mind that products are subject to availability.  We strive to pick the freshest fruit and vegetables we can find.  Not all variety of fruits and vegetables are always available.  To keep the aesthetic appeal of your platters or tables, we have to choose the best produce we can find.  Your favorite meats and cheeses might not always be available as well.  Please make sure to specify what your preferences are.  Also inform us of allergies and food sensitivities.  Although we provide vegan and gluten free options, we will service regular options if it's not specified in your order.  We urge anyone with severe food allergies to refrain from consuming our products.  Nuts are almost always included in our platters and tables unless specified at time of ordering.  All food should be refrigerated immediately and consumed within 2 hours of delivery.  Grazingbelles will not be responsible for freshness of the food passed the time provided above. Flowers, greenery, cutlery, table covers, napkins, plates, cups are available for an additional fee.  

Equipment Return

A deposit is required for equipment used for Grazing Table set up.  Equipment must be returned within 24-48 hours of event.  Your deposit will not be refunded if our equipment is not returned after the allotted time.

Cancellations, Postponements

We will refund your payment in the event of a cancellation as long as it's done 14 days before the date of your event.  A 10% administration fee will be deducted to your deposit.  We will retain the full amount of your payment if cancellation is made within 7 days of event.  In the event of a postponement, payments made can be used towards a future date provided within 3 months of original date of event provided that we are available on the date that you have chosen.  Correspondence regarding cancellations and postponements will be done via email.


A surcharge of 15% will be added for deliveries and pick up after 9pm.  

Limit of Liability

In order to stay in business, Grazingbelles limit of liability is the total amount of your invoice.  The limit of liability will not apply to fraud, dishonesty, willful concealment or misrepresentation or gross negligence.  Grazingbelles will not be responsible for any delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances or acts of God.
